En hieronder het ganse verhaal en wat beeldjes... that`s a round about story!! The basis for the frame is a VNB, modified by a chassis specialist based on the Vespa Seigiorni . The leg shield is curved inwards and trimmed down a bit. To make sure the Vespa doesn't look too naked up front, a trimmed down luggage rack from a Rally gets modified to fit as well. Now come trapeze formed handlebars from the Indian Bajaj Sprint - dropped, of course, with a new SIP Speedometer/Rev Counter and SIP main brake cylinder added to the already eclectic mix. Side fenders come from a GS 160, which fit nicely on the VNB frame, especially because the chassis has been modified to 12". The 12" conversion is based on a VESPA GTS300. Here, the brake drum, PK fork and the SIP Performance shocks need modification. Add a rear light from a Vespa '51 V30, modified to LED and a headlight with LED daylight lamps. To keep the Vespa silhouette flowing, a new SIP Vespa vintage seat round out the rear lines. The heart of this Basterd is the motor. To keep away from the mainstream trend of the stolid PX200, obviously a LML 125cc reed valve crankcase is the favorite. The LML Vespa NV 125/150 originally has a reed valve intake. This is fed by a special MMW manifold. A 35mm MIKUNI flat slide valve, a YAMAHA RD350 reed and a RAM AIR air filter round out the carburetor set up. A QUATTRINI M1X 177cc aluminum cylinder, a special reed mushroom head shaft and an RS-Performance left hand Curley exhaust deliver the power. The Parmakit ignition together with a matching MMW aluminum fan wheel brings the motor closer to the ignition bottom end theme. Airbrush legend Markus - The Intouchable - Pfeil www.marcuspfeil.com) is the right man for the paint job on the Basterd. Here, color and racing designs from the 60's is the ideal look. Elements from the custom corner should be integrated as well - a mix of race optics and custom airbrushing, in a modern interpretation. Typical Basterd. Ook die 'bloedspetters' zijn niet mijn ding, alsof je net een kind hebt aangereden omdat je met 150 door de straat vlamde.. Link naar reactie
